The service

Funny AI Video curates AI-generated clips, including free and member videos. Videos with mature themes require viewers to confirm they are at least 18. Published media is disclosed as AI-generated. Premium is a digital service; no physical goods or shipping are included.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Do not share or resell access, impersonate another person, scrape the service, bypass access controls, or use the site unlawfully.

Premium subscriptions and renewal

A free Funny AI Video account provides access to member videos. Paid Patreon membership provides access to the Patreon-only collection. The membership price and billing period are shown on Patreon before checkout. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled, subject to the checkout terms. Where available, category packs are sold separately for $3.99 as one-time purchases on Patreon. Buying a pack does not activate website membership. Taxes may apply.

Cancellation

Cancel a Stripe subscription from the billing portal available in your Funny AI Video account. Cancel a Patreon membership through Patreon. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period unless a refund or provider rule ends it sooner. Deleting a site account does not cancel billing.

Refund policy

If you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or cannot access Premium because of a site-side problem, email info@funnyaivideo.com within 14 days of the charge with the account email and provider. Do not send card or bank details. We will review the request promptly and issue a refund when required by law or when the circumstances warrant it.

Except where law requires otherwise, canceling does not automatically produce a refund or prorated credit for unused time. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and method.

Content, rights, and reports

The site, branding, arrangement, and licensed media are protected by applicable rights. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, redistribute, remove watermarks from, or commercially exploit content. Copyright, consent, privacy, and safety concerns may be submitted through the report page. Our full publishing standards are on the legal page.

Availability and enforcement

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, or material breach of these terms. We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
